Global Players rely on simulations for flexible product development. Our simulation services support your development processes within the electrical engineering or mechatronic business.
For this purpose we are using our finite element software NACS (Numerical Analysis of Coupled Systems) as well as 3rd party software like ANSYS. NACS has been developed with mechatronic components, sensors, and systems in mind.
Currently NACS is mainly used by customers from automotive, medical, process engineering, energy and aerospace industries.
We are ready to support your product development with the follwing tasks:
- Finite element model generation of your product, for further analysis and product enhancements
- Actual state analysis to determine a deeper understanding of your product and to obtain results not available through measurements
- Product optimization using e.g. parameter variation
- Causal research to solve problems that occour during the development process

Commonly one of the most time consuming tasks of numerical simulations is the generation of a suitable model. The generated model has to meet certain requirements concerning mesh quality and the porperties of the underlying physics. The choice of correct mesh sizes in critical areas of a model decide about the useability of results.
